Call to Worship:

We worship the God who is Lord over all.

He is Jehovah Jireh.

He provides for our every need!

He is Jehovah Shalom.

He offers everlasting peace!

He is Jehovah Rapha.

Healer of our bodies, minds, and souls!

We worship him now.

Lord, we praise your holy name!

Confession and Lament

This side of heaven, bearing with one another isn’t a simple task.

We bring our whole selves into the body of Christ,

Which at times includes our comfort and selfishness.

Instead of compromise, we complain and refuse to try to understand other perspectives.

Spirit, give us a heart to love others.

Help us to love each other in a way that shows we follow you.

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

In the kingdom of God, no one is too rich or too poor,

Too new in faith or mature,

Too young or too old,

Too one way or another,

For God to meet them.

The Lord is making a beautiful church for himself!

As Christ has welcomed in sinners, who are now friends of God, 

We imitate him by loving our neighbors as ourselves.
