Call to Worship:

Praise the Lord, the source of generosity!

Praise him who softens our hearts toward each other!

With him, we lack nothing, and he bears great fruit in us!

He brings a harvest of mercy, faith, and love,

Giving us all we need to be generous towards others.

He brings all of these things together for good!

Confession and Lament

Jesus, you show us the path of life.

You welcome us into the joy of your presence. 

Yet, we withhold welcoming others in.

Show us how to be more like you, Lord.

Guide us to use the gifts we have received to benefit those around us.

Make us a people who draw others in to our every day lives.

Show us how to be more like you, Lord.

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

Christ’s death and resurrection changed our fate and secured a heavenly home for us. 

In Him, we have a new life and belong forever. 

He lavishes us with His grace and love, cultivating the joy of hospitality in our hearts. 

With Him, we have a new life and belong forever.

His great love for us knows no bounds. 

So, then, let us have fervent love for each other.
