Scripture Reading: Romans 1:1-7, Called to Belong to Jesus

Call to Worship:

God wishes you to have grace and peace from Himself.

He provided prophets to tell us of Jesus the Son of God.

We have received grace to bring about obedience for his name’s sake.

We are loved by God and called to be saints.

Confession and Lament

Our sin required the sacrifice of Jesus.

He was set to earth, granted power, and was resurrected from the dead.

He gives us grace to believe and obey.

Lord, give us a heart to turn to you and trust in your love.

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

Through the power of the Spirit, Jesus was raised from the dead.

We are called to belong to Jesus,

And we have received grace to obey His words.

Through faith we have Grace and peace from our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
