Call to Worship:

My soul waits for the Lord,

More than watchmen for the morning.

God is full of steadfast love,

Overflowing with redemption!

We hope in our God,

Waiting like watchmen for the morning.

Confession and Lament

Despite our wandering, the Lord listens.

From the deep waters we cry to the Lord, and He hears us. 

With Him there is forgiveness and steadfast love. 

Despite our wandering, the Lord gives us aid. 

He is long suffering and hears our anguish.

The Lord is our good shepherd.

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

The Lord leads us down the narrow path,

But Jesus showed us the way first.

Therefore, be at peace:

We will never have to walk alone!

For with the Lord there is abundant redemption. 

In his wings there is unending mercy.

Thank you, Father, for your loving-kindness!
