Call to Worship:

Make a joyful noise to the Lord!

Worship him with all your heart!

We worship you, Lord of all creation!

Give thanks to him.

Bless his name amongst the saints!

We worship you, everlasting God!

Confession and Lament

We belong to the Lord.

We are his people and he is our God.

Yet, we are led astray by our own desires.

Lord, draw us closer to Jesus, the only one who can satisfy. 

When we are tempted to not trust you or we demand to be in control,

Remind us of your unchanging character.

Remind us that even when we are inconsistent, you never are. 

May our worship be rooted in the truth of who you are. 

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

Lord, we are thankful we can come into your presence,

Approaching your throne of grace with thanksgiving.

We have hearts full of gratitude,

Because your mercy is unending.

The Son has made peace with you on our behalf,

And your Spirit guides us in your ways.

We praise you, great God, for your redemption!
