Scripture Reading: Deuteronomy 31-34

Call to Worship:

Gather together, people of God!

Make room for the way of the Lord.

We yield to you, our God!

Acknowledge him in all of your ways.

Proclaim his great name.

Proclaim all he has done.

We lift our voices to you, our God!

Confession and Lament

Lord, we cannot keep a secret from you.

You know what is in our hearts and on our minds, because you made us.

Instead of running, help us to draw near.

You invite us to return to your love.

You are more merciful than we can comprehend.

Your kindness leads us to repentance.

Help us to confess our sins to you, loving Father.

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

God has always gone before us,

Whether it be in triumph, trial, or every day life.

Sending his son was the ultimate display of his presence. 

So, we don’t have to fear the future;

You never leave our side!

God, you are love.

And you made your love known to us through the cross.

Because of your love for us, we have everlasting life!
