Call to Worship:
Come, let us worship the Lord together!
Our great God, who is worthy of all of our praise!
Righteousness and justice are the foundation of His throne.
Everything He does is just and good!
Let us rejoice in Him, lifting up humble hearts before Him,
For His mercy endures forever!
Confession and Lament
Just as we lift our hearts and hands in praise to You,
We also lift our burdens up to You.
Lamenting the injustice that we see in this world
That You made for Your glory.
We cry out, Lord have mercy!
And as we do, we look inwardly to our own lives,
Knowing that we ourselves are not without sin
And therefore cannot judge others.
We ask that you show us where we have fallen short
And give us humble and repentant hearts to pursue true justice.
Assurance of Gospel Peace:
Praise be to God!
We are made right with God through faith in Jesus!
We did not earn this through righteous actions or our own effort,
But we are justified by His grace!
We have peace with God and a future hope!
So, let us continue to walk in the freedom Christ has bought for us.
