Call to Worship:

The Lord God is the Ancient of Days.

He is the Alpha and the Omega–

The beginning and end of all things.

**Lord, we come to bless Your name!**

The Lord God is Jehovah.

He is the holy and righteous judge.

Bow before him and sing his praise!

**Lord, we come to bless Your Name!**

Confession and Lament:

Lord, we are shortsighted.

We worry our days away.

We hustle our days away.

We do so much in your name,

And yet, we miss you entirely.

**Lord, help us to slow down,

And to seek Your face.**

Lord, we humbly ask for your presence.

**May your Spirit remind us

That we need you every day.**

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

We are heirs of the kingdom of God.

Not because of what we have done,

But because of what Jesus did!

**He died on the cross for our sin,

And he rose from the grave to give us victory.**

Every day, the Spirit is sanctifying us,

Calling us to walk in the light daily.

**As we walk in the light,

 We have fellowship with God and one another.**
