Call to Worship

Raise your head up and worship!

The Lord delights in his people!

Come praise him and rejoice!

His joy gives us strength

And his faithful love feeds our hope.

Let us lift our voices in praise!

Confession and Lament

Sometimes we try to grasp for good things

Without considering that we have abundance in you.

Lord, forgive us for our narrowness.

Our problems seem unsolvable or too big

When we take our eyes off of you.

But you have promised to be with us.

Lord, remind us of your faithfulness.

Assurance of Gospel Peace

The Good Shepherd goes out to rescue his sheep.

He is tireless in his pursuit to bring us to safety.

Jesus rejoices over finding us!

Whether we are stuck because of sin or distraction,

Or we have lost our way through pain,

Our Shepherd seeks until he finds.

He rejoices over finding us!
