Call to Worship:

We open our mouths to praise our great God.

We clap our hands with thanksgiving!

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

We exalt him over all things.

There is no name higher than his!

Let everything that has breath praise the Lord!

From year to year and generation to generation,

We will praise his name forever!

Confession and Lament

The rhythms of society are often fast paced,

Leaving us distracted and burnt out.

We need you to slow us down and to redirect us, Lord.

Amongst the rushing, we struggle to hear your voice,

Finding ourselves confused about your will and anxious about our future.

Lord, we repent.

Help us to wait on you. 

Assurance of Gospel Peace:

Salvation comes from God Almighty.

Because he sent Jesus,

Death does not have the final say.

God gives us life everlasting!

Though the enemy comes to destroy all things,

Jesus renews and redeems them. 

He gives us abundant life!
